Pricing is primarily based on volume (how much space the items take up in our truck) plus labor and accessibility. We give you a firm price before we start any work so there are no surprises.

Larger or heavier items (concrete, dirt, hot tubs, etc.) or difficult access (stairs, long carry distances) can affect the final price.

Yes. Whenever possible we donate usable furniture and household goods and recycle materials. We believe in responsible disposal and keeping as much as possible out of landfills.

If the dumpster is placed on your private property (driveway or yard), a permit is usually not required. If it needs to go on the street or public right-of-way, a local permit may be needed. We can help guide you on this.

We provide professional power washing / soft washing for homes and commercial properties. This includes houses, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, fences, and more — great for restoring curb appeal.

We handle light interior and exterior demolition including sheds, decks, gazebos, hot tubs, above-ground pools, and similar structures. We take care of the demolition and the full cleanup/removal in one job.
